The Tumunui Lands Trust administers 3,887 hectares of land situated in the central North Island of New Zealand. The Board of Trustees comprises six members appointed by the Maori Land Court- three are appointed as responsible trustees and three as advisory trustees. The land controlled by the Trustees includes: Three Dairy Farms - 1,800 eff. hectares One Deer Farm - 380 eff. hectares One Sheep Farm - 260 eff. hectares One Finishing Farm - 200 eff. hectares Forestry Blocks - 340 hectares Tamaki Maori Village - 8 hectares Other Miscellaneous land blocks (inclu Tumunui mtn.) 899 hectares Total land area 3,887 hectares
